Get a document notarized —
online or in person.

SealBook notaries are commissioned, verified, and equipped with identity-checked video ceremonies, digitally sealed documents, and records that stand up in court.

How online notarization works

1 · Book

Pick a time on your notary's booking page — or start instantly if they're available.

2 · Verify identity

Photograph your government ID and take a selfie. Verification is required by state law for remote notarization.

3 · Meet on video

Review the document with the notary live. Witnesses can join the same call by link if your document needs them.

4 · Sign & seal

Sign on your screen. The notary applies a digital seal that validates in Adobe — and the session is recorded and retained as law requires.

What you'll need: a current government-issued photo ID, a phone or computer with a camera, and your unsigned document. Some documents (like wills in certain states) can't be notarized remotely — your notary will tell you before you pay anything.

Prefer in person?

Most SealBook notaries also work face to face — same booking page, same sealed record. Every notarization gets the same tamper-evident journal entry and, if electronic, the same digitally sealed PDF.
